Labelling | Digital Printing

Do you want to draw attention to your company? We inscribe vehicles, shop windows, facades, create advertising boards, stickers, banners and much more and make sure that no one misses your advertising presence.

Not only foils, but also PVC sheets, fabric, various papers as well as nets can be printed directly by means of digital printing. Thanks to lamination or varnish sealing, a long service life of the prints is produced.

It is possible to print on a wide variety of media. In addition to standard and car wrapping foils, PVC tarpaulins, fabrics or a wide variety of papers and foils can be printed. Another major advantage is the time saved when using the print, since, for example, with a multi-colored logo or lettering, each color does not have to be cut, weeded, taped and labeled separately. In most cases, digital prints are provided with a UV-protective laminate to protect the print from fading due to sunlight or damage caused by cleaning an advertising surface.

Screen printing

The screen printing process is suitable for almost any material: paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, wood, and textiles, to name a few. The design possibilities extend over an immense variety and an almost unlimited color spectrum. Screen printing is also characterized by very high light and weather resistance.

The printing ink is printed onto the material to be printed by means of a rubber squeegee through a fine-mesh fabric. Special printing inks are used for this purpose, depending on the material. One advantage of screen printing is that the ink application can be varied by using different mesh finenesses, so that high ink layers can be achieved.

**Textile printing

Textile printing is the ideal way to bring advertising or even jersey lettering individually, permanently and in high quality on fabric. Whether flex or screen printing, dye sublimation or embroidery, we certainly have the right solution for you.

Flex printing The print is made of a thin, smooth and stretchable foil. The motif is transferred to the fabric with the help of a transfer press under pressure and heat.

Screen printing The printing ink is pressed directly onto the textile through a fine-mesh fabric by means of a rubber squeegee. This process is particularly suitable when large quantities are to be realized cost-effectively and yet with high quality.

**Thermal sublimation printing The desired motif is pre-printed on a carrier paper and then transferred to the textiles via strong heat. The transferred motifs are practically imperceptible. This process is particularly suitable for white or light-colored textiles.

Stick Here the upper layer forms an inseparable bond with the lower layer. This process is chosen by those who want something special and noble. Multicolored motifs are also possible.
